Gordon Ramsey would be so proud of me. I made mushroom ris-OTT-o with dried porcini mushrooms and a lovely bottle of J.P.Chenet Blanc--the best that Spar has to offer.

  1. where did you buy the porcini mushrooms? i was looking for them to make an organic mushroom soup but couldn't see any in the supermarket. thanks pal :)

  2. Marks&Spencer sells a tiny container for almost 4 quid do I use them sparingly. They are in the spices section!
